Movie Review: The House With The Clocks On Its Walls

Jennifer Fanea, Managing Editor

Jack Black brings a comedic twist to a new movie in theaters, as of September 28th. In the style of the Goosebumps movie he acted in, Black gives the same mysteries vibe, but as always includes his comedic side despite the fact that the genre of the movie is Thriller and Fantasy. The House With The Clocks On Its Walls was eye-catching and consisted of a beautiful background, scenes, and props. Books, which looked antique, covered the shelves on the walls of the library setting. Even the school setting of the film was as realistic as could be. Evidently, the movie is well directed and enjoyable.
