How to Not be Bad at Art

Janie Bohus and Ashleigh Sanjur

Are you not so good at art? Lacking skills? Or are you trying to start, but don’t know how? Well, here’s some advice and tips for new and senior artists!
To start in the magnificent world of art you must understand that you will make mistakes and the art you make won’t always be perfect. Don’t think looking for references or help for a drawing makes you a bad artist, it only makes you a clever one. Don’t get discouraged, practice makes better. You should start by drawing different things in the room. Experiment with different styles and practice whichever suits you best. Another tip is to watch art tutorial videos on YouTube.
Don’t give up, keep on drawing, and check the advice column weekly for more advice on how to not fail at life!!
